    Qualify the vehicle’s VIN to confirm its readiness for transport before scheduling.

    A valid BOL is required. Appointments without one will be cancelled.

    Add the vehicle’s final destination in the appointment notes and provide your mobile number or email.

How do I book a transport release?

Appointments are scheduled online. First qualify the vehicle’s VIN to confirm it is ready for transport, then use the transporter scheduling button to choose a date and time.

What documents and details are required?

Upload a valid Bill of Lading (BOL). Any appointment without a valid BOL will be cancelled. Include the vehicle’s final destination in the appointment notes, and provide your cell phone number or email for follow-up.

What happens after I schedule?

Our team reviews your file, confirms fees, and checks any additional release requirements. Confirmation responses are typically sent within three hours on weekdays.
